About Curtis Davis, Esq.
Raised on a Christmas tree farm in northern Ohio, Curtis moved to central Florida during high school, eventually graduating in the top 10 of his class from East Ridge High School. Curtis then attended the University of Florida on a full academic scholarship, where he studied business economics, leadership, and history, and graduated with a business degree from the Warrington College of Business.
After graduation, Curtis moved to South Florida, where he attended Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. At Nova, Curtis competed nationally and served on the moot court executive board. Through his work with moot court, Curtis was awarded membership in the Order of Barristers, an honors society for those who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
Upon graduation, Curtis began his career as a defense lawyer, defending insurance companies and their insureds from personal injury lawsuits. In June 2022, Curtis opened the doors to Davis Trial Law, a boutique firm specializing in Insurance, Business, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Negligent Security, Premises Liability, Products Liability, and Medical Malpractice..
Curtis and his family live in Palm Beach.
